The Process

Here at Equity Plus, our team works with you through every stage of the process to ensure peace of mind and the elimination of any hassle. We will keep you updated and informed of each development with photos and videos throughout the full construction, shipping and delivery of your dream tiny home.

Throughout the duration of the build there will be a 25% instalment payable on completion of each stage with a total of four instalments required.

The first step is to book a free consultation with our team where we can meet with you in person at a convenient location or via video chat. In this consult we will cover designs, colour schemes, materials, fittings, appliances, insurance, finance, site preparation, shipping and delivery, optional extras etc. Once we have confirmed a design and presented you with a final quote, the order will be placed to begin creating your tiny home and a 25% deposit will be payable.

The first stage of construction will begin and your frame will be constructed and placed onto a steel frame chassis. The body will be assembled including the walls, ceilings and exterior cladding. Photos and videos will be sent to you for your inspection and approval. A second instalment of 25% will be payable on completion of the lock-up stage.

The second stage begins the process of the interior fit-out. This will include the plumbing, wiring, insulation, fixtures, fittings and colours etc. Photos and videos will be sent to you for your inspection and approval. A third instalment of 25% will be payable on completion of the interior fit-out.

The last stage marks the finalisation of your build and your tiny home will be shipped and delivered to you. You will be kept informed and up to date throughout this process and our team will work closely with you to ensure the safe delivery of your tiny home. A final 25% instalment will be payable on the date of delivery of the tiny home.

Once all payments have been completed, we will hand over the keys to your brand new tiny home and it’s all yours to enjoy!
